Sales Development Representative

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain high number of outbound calls (minimum, 80-100 calls a day
  • Make outbound calls to company provided “warm leads” consisting of both existing customers and prospects
  • Establish a call plan to contact a minimum of 50 customers per day
  • Achieve monthly quota of booked demonstrations for software
  • Answer prospect’s questions with the goal of moving them to a demonstration
  • Articulate our value proposition to decision-makers to assess buying interest
  • Maintain up-to-date software and industry knowledge
  • Contact prospect base within assigned geographic areas via telephone to secure a demonstration
  • Work with sales executives to get prospects from a demonstration to purchase
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and special meetings as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Have:
  • 1-2 years sales experience
  • Advanced level prospecting and qualification experience
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to build client relationships over the phone
  • Have met or exceeded personal/team goals
  • Customer service skills with the ability to listen and empathize
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive sales environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong email and web search skills
  • Must be organized, detail and process-oriented
  • Time management skills
  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, phone skills)
