What You’ll Do:
  • Develop sales strategies and a plan of action prior to contacting the customer
  • Responsible and accountable for the overall generation of sales revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Make proactive outbound calls and field incoming calls from existing customers and prospects in order to reach and surpass monthly and yearly Sales Revenue and Profit Margin Goals
  • Contact assigned accounts within the book of business
  • Achieve monthly quota of demonstrations completed for software
  • Identify, follow up and manage sales leads
  • Respond to customer requests through incoming calls and e-mails
  • Coordinate internal support to assist with the sales effort and meet customer requirements
  • Achieve assigned sales quota and annual growth objectives
  • Retain existing customers and expand share of wallet through cross-sell initiatives
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process and provide customer value
  • Prepare proper quotes/pricing and service information to all customers
  • Responsible to develop opportunities and build pipelines to meet goals
  • Tracking of opportunities by keeping detailed data on accounts in the CRM program
What You Have:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing environment
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of inbound/outbound Sales experience with the energy and desire to achieve your assigned targets
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or will consider equivalent experiences
  • Advanced level prospecting and qualification experience
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to build client relationships over the phone
  • Have met or exceeded personal/team goals
  • Customer service skills with the ability to listen and empathize
  • Fearless attitude – willing to take intelligent risks
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive sales environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong email and web search skills
  • Must be organized, detail and process-oriented
  • Time management skills
  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, phone skills)
